Types of template

"Name" commonly displayed in the following items is used as a name for identification on the card.

Text
- Register a string data.

  • Type

    Select the type of text to register. "Long text" can use the line breaks. "Rich text" can make simple decoration such as color and bold. Rich text is treated as HTML format.

  • Candicate

    In the short text, pressing the button to the right of the item will be shown the list from the history of the database.

  • Navigate button

    In the short text, When you press the button to the right of the item, it searches at the web with the text as a keyword. If the text begins with "http", open that website with it as a URL.

  • Use fuzzy search

    By recording an additional information of the fuzzy search in the database, you will be able to search for more advanced text.

Number
- Register numeric values.

  • Decimal digit

    Specify how many digits are effective decimals from the 18-digit number. For example, if it is 0, the value which you can enter is becomes to "1018～-1018". And "5" is becomes "1013～-1013(Effective decimal places is five)".

Date
- Register the date. The notation of the date depends on the environment of the computer(Anno Domini, in principle).

  • Input time

    You will be able to enter hours and minutes.

- Register on / off alternatives.

Radio
- Register data in a format that selects one from multiple choices.

  • Candicate

    Fill in the data you want as a candidate line by line. For example, if you want to prepare four choices of "Candidate 1" to "Candidate 4", please enter as follows.
    Candidate 1
    Candidate 2
    Candidate 3
    Candidate 4
    Data is treated as a number beginning from 0. For example, if you select "Candidate 3" from the radio button, the number "2" is registered instead of the text "Candidate 3".

- Register the file location (path) in the local disk or online storage. The type of thumbnail that can be displayed in the editing area depends on the environment to be used.

- Register image data consisting of lines and shapes.

Icon
- Uses icons as a value. Internally it is treated as a number beggining from 0.

  • Division size

    Specify the size of the icon.

  • Picture

    Specify the image you want to use as an icon. The image is divided at the specified size, and numbers are assigned in order from the upper left to the lower right. Pressing the "t" button in this frame will open the file selection window. To clear the contents, please press "0" button.
