Export as a text / Print

This saves edited cards as text format and prints them as a table. If you plan to reuse data in Short Idea Note, please use backup instead.

If you select "Print / Export" from the database menu, an option window will be shown.

• Output to

  Choose whether to save it as a text file or print it.

• Type

  Choose what looks like what you want to output.
  

   

  

   

  
  "Table, flow, cell" is output in HTML format, "CSV, TSV, JSON" is in text format.

• Breaks page for each card

  When printing on table, flow, one card will be output per page.

• Border

  Draw a border.

• Output picture files

  In a file or sketch, thumbnails are displayed instead of a text(file path / embedded text).

• Database name

  Write the name of the database as a header.

• Index

  Card number is also output.

When you press the "Select items" button, this window expands and you can narrow down items you want to output by unchecking those.
