Online storage services are used to send and receive files you created with Short Idea Note and to manage files that you have registered in the database. Short Idea Note will not send them to anything other than online storage and a database server you've installed. As for the personal information of uploaded files, those will follow the storage service's policy.

Regardless of the content, I'll not be involved in any information recorded in the database. However, there is a possibility that data may be stolen by the weakness of OS and servers. When you record your important information to the database, please take measures such as keeping related software up to date at all times.
