This is a plugin app for the painting software "Krita" and "Clip Studio Paint EX" that allows you to create the "quick-motion" effect —where people or objects are depicted moving rapidly— commonly seen in manga, using existing line art.
Krita is available for free on Windows and macOS, so even users who don't own Clip Studio Paint can edit images at no additional cost.
This plugin applies three types of effects to RGB or grayscale images (supporting all bit depths): "Radiation", "Concentric Circles" and "Parallel Lines".

For radial and parallel line effects, curves and broken lines can also be used, enabling more dynamic expressions.
As a rule, the line length increases with the thickness of the original line art. This means even a rough processing of the original line art, as shown below, can achieve visual adjustments.
By combining paths and underdrawings, you can also create materials like flash balloons and effect lines.
Trial version adds random noise to filtered images, but there are no restrictions on usage frequency or duration. This program is not supported on Linux, and may not work depending on your OS environment or the version of the application, so please be sure to check whether the program functions properly using the trial version.
